By accessing or using the ASRAR website (asrarsecrets.com) or mobile application ('Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ASRAR.

• Modify prices at any time without notice (price changes do not affect confirmed orders)
• Limit quantities available for purchase

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our Platform, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to European countries. All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding or indication of contents.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
• Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control
• Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• For lost or damaged deliveries, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

Returns and Refunds

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, certain intimate products cannot be returned once opened
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@asrarsecrets.com within the 14-day window
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to resell or distribute our products commercially without authorisation
• Transmitting any harmful, offensive, abusive, or fraudulent content

Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, design elements, and software — is the intellectual property of ASRAR or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Platform and all content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASRAR and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes between consumers and online traders.
